Your journey is designed specific to your group’s goals, desires and interests. Once we establish a clear direction we research and create a journey suited to all your group’s needs.

 

Proposal
Once we have developed a proposed itinerary we will supply you with a Tour Proposal which can be presented to your executive team before bookings are made.

 

Tour Presentation
One of our staff members will come to your school or organisation and give a 1-2 hour presentation explaining the tour and all relevant information to your potential travellers.

 

Organisation & Coordination
We organise flights, travel insurance, visas, on the ground transport, sightseeing, activities, restaurants and tour documentation.

 

Fundraising Assistance
We will discuss a variety of fundraising opportunities for your group to raise funds for tour passengers, or for your Hands On Humanity Project.

 

Team Attire
We can help design and manufacture group attire for your journey if required.

 

Tour Managers Folder
We will provide a Tour Managers Folder containing important information including group checklists, airport information, accommodation details and birthdays on tour.

 

Tour Document Wallet
Before departing each individual will receive a Tour Document Wallet containing your boarding pass, destination guides and other important travel information.

 

Tour Blog
Each group is provided with their own Tour Blog updating friends and families back home about your wonderful adventures.

 

Risk Assessment
Risk assessment and management can be an arduous task. We can provide assistance and support throughout this process.
